Monday: Grilled pork, salad, grilled potatoes, watermelon
Wednesday: Chicken strips, salad, mac and cheese
Thursday: Beans and cornbread
Friday: may eat out (leave for vacation on Saturday) or Potato soup with cheese and crackers
Saturday: BEARSKIN MEADOW - DIABETES CAMP!!!! YAY!!
Sunday: At camp - a whole week of not having to cook!!!
