Did a good job at Target today, scored lots of deals!
The picture on the right shows the products I price-matched:
- Green Giant Canned Vegetables - reg. price = $1.12, showed local ad and purchased for $0.58 each (bought 10)
- Suavitel fabric softener, 150 oz. - reg. price = $7.98, local ad price $5.98
- Dennison's Chili, 15 oz cans - reg price = $1.29, local ad price $0.78 (bought 6)
- Kellogg's cereal- on sale $2.66 ea, buy 3 get 1 free. I bought 2 frosted flakes, 1 fruit loops, and got Raisin bran crunch free. Had $1.50 off 3 mfg coupon, + (3) $1 off Target coupons. Net price = $3.48 - about $0.87 a box. Be careful though - only a select few varieties are at the $2.66 price.
- Pampers - on sale for $8.99, had a $3 Target coupon = $5.99
- Pull-ups - on sale for $8.99, minus $2.00 mfg coupon = 6.99
- Huggies wipes - on sale for $1.99, minus $0.50 mfg coupon = $1.49. We don't usually buy wipes, we just use warm paper towels with baby soap. We have a busy weekend though and will be away from home for hours at a time, so wipes are good for hands, faces, and bottoms!
- Keebler chips deluxe - priced at $2.04 each, minus $1.50 off 2 = $1.29 each. Last week had a better deal but I still had this high dollar coupon left, so i went ahead.
- 4 Boxes of Special K crackers - priced at $2.89, had a $1.50 off 3 + $1 off one mfg coupons plus $1.75 in Target coupons that printed as a catalina the last time i shopped. Net price = $1.82/box. Not a steal, but my kids like them.
- Wheat thins - on sale for $2 each. Had mfg coupon for $1 off/2. Net price = $1.50/box. I think there's a Target Q for nabisco crackers? anyway, i forgot it.
- 2 Ocean Spray juices- priced at $1.98. Had $1 off Target coupons. Net price = $0.98 each
- Bar S beef franks - $2.49. thought these were on sale for $0.98. Not sure if i got the wrong ones, or? i just discovered the error.

- Smuckers strawberry spread - $1.89
- Progresso soups - on sale for $1.50, had (2) $1.10 off/3 coupons. Net price = $1.13 each. Not a great price but these are handy for busy nights!

- 2 Pillsbury halloween sugar cookie dought - on clearance for $1.75 each, had $1 off/2 coupon. Net price = $1.25 each. I know i can make cookies cheaper from scratch, but i'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience.
- Milk - $2.39, way more than i like to pay but we are out and i won't get more until tomorrow.
- 4 Coffee- Mate creamers, holiday variey - priced at $1.79 each. Had (2) $1.50 off/2 coupons. Net price = $1.04 each.

- Suave professionals shampoo - $1.92 each, had $1 off 2 coupon. Net price = $1.42 each. I would prefer to get my shampoo deals at CVS or Walgreens, but my kids bathroom is out.
- 4 boxes of Kellogg's Rice Krispie treats @ $1.88 each. Had (2) $1 off/2 coupons. Net price = $1.38/box + got 2 boxes of Nemo fruit snacks for free ($2.04 each). So, in the end, this deal was profitable (in a fruit treat kind of way).
- Brita 18 cup filtration system - on sale for $26.99, had $5 off mfg coupon = $21.99. We have horrible tasting water so either need to buy it or make it!
- Crayola window markers - on clearance for $0.98 each - reg price $3.99. These will be put away for my 9 year old's Christmas stash.
