Not sure what is wrong with me....I should've posted this deal when I first noticed it! Our local Winco in Visalia has had Taco Bell refried beans in their Value Isle (the isle you walk down when you first enter the store) for just $0.48 a can! To me, this is a stock up price! I've personally never seen a coupon for these, (has anyone?) and Winco's normal price is around $0.68-$0.70/ can. I purchased 10 cans last time I went and I plan to purchase at least 10 more.
