Tortellini Soup and Homemade Butter....

I remember making our own butter as a kid, but couldn't remember how.  Since both my parents have passed, I don't have anyone to ask.  I was browsing around Confessions of a Homeschooler today and happened upon a post she did about making butter.  Here is her post covering the Tortellini soup and homemade butter.  The recipe looks so good, I wanted to link to it here so I can find it again when I'm ready to make it.
